A few ReStore Guidelines to help you enjoy your experience
Products can be returned within 14 days for a merchandise credit or exchange, 28 days for appliances. The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Accompanied with the receipt
- Returned to the store where the purchase was made.
- In original purchased condition.
- Store credit, “Final sale” & “as is” purchases cannot be returned.
No refund is available on items marked "AS IS".
Item Pick Up:
At the sole discretion of the manager, items may be paid for and picked up later. All SOLD items left at a Toronto ReStore are not the responsibility of the ReStore. All items must be collected within one week of purchase. Sold items left longer than one week may be disposed of in any manner by the ReStore.
All efforts are made to ensure a consistency of pricing between the Toronto ReStores. Due to the nature of the store and fluctuating stock, you may occasionally see differentiation in prices for similar items in different stores.
Items are priced to sell, not to negotiate.
